NOTARY SERVICE

Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a notary public may charge for notary public services. All services provided by SSIMN will incur a travel charge separate from Texas notary fees.

First signature of each individual

Trust/will and escrow/real estate fees are not statutory and depend on factors like document size, number of notarizations and signers, mileage, and timing. Below are basic fees, subject to change per your specific situation. Call for a free quote!
